    All content provided on this website, including but not limited to consulting strategy sessions, educational courses, videos, written materials, and other resources, is the exclusive property of First Class Ventures, LLC DBA OdooClass.com and is protected by copyright law. This includes all free and paid content.
    • Users are strictly prohibited from copying, redistributing, reproducing, or transmitting any content in any form without explicit prior written consent.
    • Unauthorized use of the content may result in legal action.

  3. NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA) CLAUSE
    1. Confidentiality Obligations
      1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary, confidential, or trade secret information disclosed during consulting or strategy sessions. This includes, but is not limited to, business plans, marketing strategies, customer lists, financial data, and other sensitive materials.
      2. Non-Disclosure
      3. The recipient of the confidential information agrees not to disclose, share, or use such information for any purpose other than the specified consulting or strategy session, without the prior written consent of the disclosing party.
    3. Exceptions
      1. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:
        1. Was publicly known or becomes publicly known through no fault of the recipient.
        2. Was disclosed to the recipient by a third party who had the right to make such a disclosure.
        3. Was independently developed by the recipient without use of the confidential information.
    5. Duration of Confidentiality
      1. The recipient's confidentiality obligations will remain in effect following the termination or completion of the consulting or strategy session.
    7. Return of Materials
      1. Upon request by the disclosing party, the recipient agrees to promptly return or destroy all materials containing confidential information.
    9. Breach of Confidentiality
      1. A breach of this NDA may result in legal action, including but not limited to seeking damages, injunctive relief, or other legal remedies.
  5. No Guarantees
    Consulting strategy sessions and educational courses are provided for informational purposes only. First Class Ventures, LLC does not guarantee specific results or outcomes and is not liable for decisions made based on the content provided. Any and all source code is provided as is.
  6. Account Use
    Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and agree not to share their access with others. Violation of this term may result in the suspension or termination of access. 
  7. Modification of Terms
    First Class Ventures, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
  8. Legal Jurisdiction
    Should it become necessary, any and all legal action will be conducted in Missouri, United States.
